Backside Rodeo flip . A backward- flipping backside spin. Most commonly performed with a 540° rotation, but also performed as a 720°, 900°, etc.. Ninety Roll.
In order to perform a Misty Flip , a person must throw his shoulder down to his left or right side, commencing a spin while his head and body invert to an up-side down position. The person lands backwards or frontwards, depending on the rotation amount.
a d-spin 7 is a backflip + 360 , same as back full essentially. its called a 7 because you’re doing 360 on the y-axis and 360 on the x-axis (i.e. a backflip is a 360 also, jus a diff axis).

Traverse into the spin on your heel edge, while rotating your arms in the direction of travel – so in the direction you’re spinning. As you pop into the air, rotate your arms back towards the direction of travel.
